RO-Adviseurs is a project management agency with an opinion, targeting projects and assignments with a social and technical aspect. Here, there is a strong emphasis on infrastructure, like (water)ways, water safety and electricity networks. RO-ADviseurs works by using the IPM-model. This model comes from the question to improve the collaborating between both internal and external stakeholders. Within IPM there are five different roles which are all fulfilled by different people. This roll holder has the task to peruse the relevant tasks for that specific role. RO-Adviseurs is specialized in carrying out these processes and distinguishes themselves by doing this risk-driven. An approach in which the emphasis is on identifying, analyzing and managing risks within a project or process, such that the focus is onto whatever counteracts a successful project the most. To keep this focus, we introduce a sixth IPM-role, in the form of a risk-manager.
